53.º Congresso Mundial Academias do Bacalhau — Toronto, Canadá

Draft Executives Survey

A short working questionnaire to support the executives meeting. It is intentionally compact: mostly multiple choice, a few short written answers, and focused on information that can guide the agenda without overwhelming chapters.

Survey purpose

The survey should help answer three leadership questions: who are our members, what connects them to the Academia, and what do chapters need to grow responsibly over the next 1 to 10 years?

Recommended limit: approximately 20–21 questions total. Use required questions sparingly. Avoid collecting sensitive data unless it clearly supports the meeting purpose.

Draft question set

These are written as a concise survey blueprint. They can be moved into Google Forms or another tool later.
