A number of guests may arrive on Sunday. This remains a light arrival day for check-ins, rest, and small informal greetings as people settle in.
This schedule shows the shape of the days. Exact times and locations will be confirmed as venues and activities lock in. We’ll keep communications simple and transparent.
Some guests may arrive earlier. A number of participants are expected on Sunday, September 27, while others may join on Monday morning or before. The outline below keeps the page easy to scan, with detailed notes available only when a day is expanded.

Dress comfortably for touring and walking. The level of formality increases for the official dinners, with Friday reserved for formal gala attire.
